My goal is to catalog all scenes that involve a cartoon character having to pee or peeing. I hope that this will become a resource for those interested in these types of scenes. All I ask when contributing is to please detail the following:
1) The tv or movie the scene is in
2) The season and episode number (if possible)
3) Any additional information and/or description of the scene.

(Okay, before I start talking about the actual episode, since the Nontan shorts aren't subbed in English and the names I found on the Wikipedia page are kind of bland, I'm just gonna try to infer what is happening in the short and also use the names I came up with for the characters. Nontan is still Nontan, of course, but I have different names for the other characters.

Anyways, on with the show!
The short starts with Nontan trying to catch a frog. Suddenly, the female narrator says (in Japanese) "Shii, Shii, Shii, what's that sound?"

We then cut to a upward view of Applejack, who then makes a odd face while the sound of trickling water plays. Zoom out to reveal that he (or she, I dunno๐คท♀️) is peeing in a diaper (omutsu). Nontan starts laughing at this, while the frog jumps on his head.
Again, "Shii, shii, shii, what's that sound?"
Cut to Rigby, who is sitting on one of those duck potties and waving at Nontan. He then makes a relieved face as he pees, implying that he really had to go. Nontan again laughs at this, before noticing the frog on his head. He tries to grab it, before grabbing his hand and walking alongside it.
Again, "Shii, shii, shii, what's that sound?"
Cut to Barry, who is sitting on a toilet (toire) and peeing, as well as looking at it and smiling. Nontan is running along with the frog, before stopping and bouncing up.
Again, "Shii, shii, shii, what's that sound?"
Cut to.. Kiragi, I guess (there's really not much of a way of telling who's who, they're almost completely identical.) who's ears twiddle while the sound of trickling water plays. Zoom out to show she and her sisters are peeing in.. Chamber pots, I guess? Usagi makes a odd face, before looking down and seeing her pee. She then gets up and calls out something in Japanese, much to her sisters' surprise. They all get up and start calling out, Usagi pointing at her pee for good measure.
Again, "Shii, shii, shii, what's that sound?" Only this time, Applejack, Rigby, Minagi, Kiragi and Barry appear one by one and repeat the phrase.
Cut to a upward shot of Nontan, who makes multiple uncomfortable faces before showing a face of relief. Zoom out to show that he is wetting himself (omorashi). He quickly realises this and moves his hands to his crotch, which seems to stop the flow. He runs away from the puddle, obviously embarrassed and sweat-dropping. The others laugh at his embarrassment but Nontan takes it in stride and nervously smiles about it.
He then moves a training potty across the floor and sits down on it, while the others repeat the same rhyme from earlier.
We then hear a trickling noise, while Nontan makes some EXTREMELY relieved faces, implying that he urgently needed to go.
After a minute or two, Nontan gets up from the potty which is now halfway full of pee. He then smiles and points at it, stating that it's his pee. The short then ends with the frog playing in the rain while the narrator says goodbye to the viewer.

In Gatchaman Crowds ep 4,we see a short scene where a young lady sitting on a bench near Showa Memorial Park looks quite desperate to pee. She takes out her phone and asks Galax for directions to the nearest restroom.
In episode 1,during the subway scene at the beginning, a woman takes out her phone and tells Galaxy that her stomach is aching and she needs to poop. At which Galax matches her seats with someone else.
there is no scenes like that in the anime.

Actually, in episode 3 of Gatchaman Crowds, we see a bunch of girls drinking spoiled milk and immediately having to rush to the bathroom.
In this exact episode we also have Galax trying to warn its users of a cab driver who had a fetish for seeing women desperate to pee. He offered crackers laced with diuretics to all the pretty ladies who wanted to go for a ride and then refused to let them out.

In Hotel Transylvania the Series episode 'Mavis needs to go' - the entire episode focuses around Mavis having to pee really badly but all the bathrooms in the hotel being out of order due to Pedro clogging them. She eventually resorts to peeing behind a bush outside the castle, which results in her aunt scolding her for such improper behaviour.

"Bedtime": Maisy is nearly done getting ready for bed, but suddenly gets out of bed to use the toilet. We are then shown a small scene of Maisy going to the bathroom and washing her hands, before returning to bed.
"Boo!": Like in "Oops!", this one involves Cyril needing to pee. This time, it's after he and Maisy jump out and scare Charlie at the door. Unlike in "Oops!", he makes it in time, much to his relief. He does however, get frightened by his lion mask while he is washing his hands, setting up the little conflict of the episode.

Hotel Transylvania The Series ep 'Hold it till you pop' has Hank being dragged into a beer drinking contest by Pedro.He needs to pee really badly after the contest is over and he runs to the hotel lobby bathrooms but the boys' is out of order.He runs into the girls' only to be found by Aunt Lydia and beaten up BADLY.

In the new Adult Swim animated series 'Bad Bitch' - episode 6 : We get a scene where Elvira and Jen drink too much at the party and they find themselves waiting in a huge line for the club's ladies' room.They're both fidgeting and looking very desperate.

Also, since I haven't posted here in a while, I thought I'd share one of my favourite scenes of desperation of all time.
It's from Those Who Hunt Elves, a anime about three random peeps accidentally summoned to the elf world by a sorceress who ride around in a living tank stripping elves naked to find five tattooed sigils so they can go home. It's not a Hentai, I promise.
The episode where the desperation happens is Season 2 Episode 2. The trio (Who, by the way, are named Airi [she's the one with the big damn cape], Junpei [He's the one all dressed up in white] and Ritsuko [the most "normal" looking one]) along with the sorceress (She's named Celcia) are exploring the elf world and they have just so happened to have run out of toilet paper and in the elf world, toilet paper is only used by the royals and everyone below that uses leaves, tissues or... A pair of glasses. Nobody knows how that works. Aaand it just so happens that Junpei really, really has to go number 2. As in, he's butt-clenchingly desperate. The episode focuses on the remaining trio's attempts to find out what's going on in an odd town called "Sunpelt Town" and Junpei's frantic attempts to find some paper so he can relieve the humongous pressure in his bowels. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea or water or whatever but I freaking LOVE IT! The desperation increases throughout the episode and there's even a desperation meter, going up as Junpet's discomfort gets worse and worse and down when he finally lets it all out. And yes, he does manage to find some toilet paper near the end, in fact, he finds a whole mountain of it. Which comes crashing down on Sunpelt when a thief that was following the trio the entire episode gets knocked into it. It's apparently the treasure of the town.. Yeah, don't question it.

At one point, she even admits on her Facebook about her 'pee karma' on how she has to pee all the time to the point where the directors often get annoyed with her constant bathroom breaks during their recording sessions.
Oh, I can definitely imagine this as a real life pee desperation scenario.
I always thought voice actors don't get enough bathroom breaks and they might get really desperate to pee in the process (it's like one of those jobs where you have to train your bladder to hold it for as long as possible next to bartender and nurse).
Let's say Jessica is in the studio recording booth dubbing anime and she's had too much water to prevent her voice from cracking. She's absolutely dying to pee as she's crossing her legs & and shifting in her seat, asking the director for a short trip to the little girls' room but being refused for taking too many bathroom breaks in the last days.
What's worse, her character has to say lots of water related - phrases. Oh, she hopes she'll make it.

In this episode of some cartoon I forgot the name of, two gender non comforming individuals are going out on a date at a restaurant and both of them realize that they need to pee really bad but they don't know what bathroom they should use. They also get tortured by a running water feature in the restaurant and by people coming in & out of the bathrooms. They eventually resort to peeing outside in the bushes.

Happy Trails Pt 1: Petunia (The blue skunk with a pine tree around her neck) is shown to be drinking a lot of cartons of of cherry juice at the beginning. A bit later, after polishing off her third (at least from what we can tell from the background) carton, she realises she needs to go to the toilet. She goes up to Lumpy (The light blue moose with derpy eyes), who is driving the bus that she and the other critters are on, and presumably asks for him to stop the bus while doing a potty dance. Later, when she (and Lumpy) see that the bus is about to go off a cliff, she freaks out and lets loose, leaving a large yellow puddle on the ground.
Wingin' It: Petunia has to go AGAIN, this time from drinking a can of soda. Luckily, she is on a plane which has a bathroom she could use. Unfortunately, it is occupied by a motion-sick Flaky (The red porcupine covered in dandruff). She stands outside and does a potty dance until Flaky gets out and she can go in. Unfortunately, the walls are covered in vomit due to turbulence and she is a huge neat freak, so she tries to get out but can't because of a food cart left in front of the door. Later, it is implied she made it in time after cleaning up the walls as she is shown sighing in relief and flushing a paper towel down the toilet.
There are more desperation and toilet use scenes in the series, but they have to do with... The other thing.. I'll post them later.

The movie, Trouble in Tokyo: On their way to Tokyo, Beast Boy drinks a large soda and in the next clip has to go really bad, and he screams at the team to pull over so he can go. They arrive on an island with only 4 bathrooms and the other Titans occupy the bathrooms. And poor Beast Boy cannot hold it, so he turns into a dog and goes behind a tree.
In The Simpsons episode "Homer Simpson In Kidney Trouble", Grandpa needs to urinate on the drive back from a vacation. Homer refuses to stop the car, then Grandpa's kidneys explode from holding it for so long, setting the episode's main plot in motion.

An episode of The Simpsons called "Last Exit To Springfield" has Homer having a meeting with Mister Burns in the basement. Special thanks to his overindulgence of beer, coffee and watermelon, it isn't long before Homer gets an urge to whiz. Several very brief scenes in the newest Family Guy episode "You can't handle the booth" (season 17 episode 16). The episode is a mock commentary over another episode (which I'm fairly certain doesn't exist and was only created for this commentary) which can make some of the dialogue difficult to hear. Around the middle of the episode, Chris, Brian and Meg respectively are all desperate, causing Lois to make two stops for the former two, but refuses to stop for Meg, who has an accident shortly thereafter. Peter also desperately asks if there's a bathroom on the bus later on in the episode in a cutaway, but most of the dialogue is very hard to make out due to the commentary of the characters and actors.

Okay, in the 2019 DC Superhero Girls series, there's a brief desperation scene with Batgirl in the episode Burrito Bucket. She's essentially trying to stop a bank robbery while keeping her job at the titular establishment and has to alternate between them throughout the episode. Her first excuse to her boss is to use the bathroom and fakes a potty dance to convince him to let her leave. When she returns after reluctantly leaving the robbers, she feigns another bathroom break and gets around her boss's suspicions by claiming that she needs to stay hydrated and guzzles some soda straight from the source, but it doesn't work. She then manages to succeed by claiming to take out the trash and stop the robbers, only for all that soda to force her to stop in the middle of her heroics and asks one of the bank workers where the bathroom is. We then see her waddling over and hear a flush later. I don't have an internet source, but if anyone finds it, post it!

Luther, Zeke and Ginger are going on a 6 hours road trip to some crazy guy or whatever. Anyway, we see Luther drinking a whole Big Gulp and ends up - you guessed it - having to go "tinkle". Zeke tells him that they're not going to stop for the bathroom every five minutes. He also claims off - screen that he loves Luther but that the guy has a tiny bladder. Luther comes out of the bathroom as a flushing sound is heard and says that this isn't true. Zeke asks him "Well, then what was that?" at which Luther responds what it was actually his new ring tone. Then, he says that it makes him want to tinkle and goes back into the bathroom for a new pee break.
Back into the road trip, in one of the sequences, we see Luther coming out of porta potty at a rest area (while still sipping from his huge drink) but on the way to the car, he runs back to the porta potty with Zeke and Ginger getting annoyed. They eventually resort to tying the porta potty to their car and locking Luther inside of it so they could avoid making frequent bathroom stops for him.
I remember seeing this scene on 7th May of 2012, exactly 7 years ago and it was the very first thing that made me attracted to frequent urination. It just has a certain charm to it. I've always liked the idea of having a boyfriend or a girlfriend who have to pee frequently.
It makes me horny even thinking about it.
Maybe an attractive young girl who has to pee frequently and I would not allow her to do it? Also, road trips are great to get someone desperate. Just take them on a road trip and refuse to stop.
I spent several years analyzing that scene and trying to find other pee desperation scenes from media.

Don't worry, i'll never post any fake stuff on here unlike the others. Though I have to say some of the fake scene descriptions made me laugh my ass off. Kinda disturbed by that one person that accused that Ness guy of being a pedo just because he watched some videos, I have no tolerance for that witch hunt mentality. If that moron really did report Ness to the cops, I hope the cops gave him an earful about wasting their time on pointless bullshit like that.
There used to be a cartoon on Fox Kids called "Living With Lionel" a show that involves a brother and a sister and their adoptive monkey "Lionel". There was an episode titled "Bursting" in it the brother, Peregrine is hogging the bathroom while her sister Marla is, as the title says, is bursting for the toilet. The show was only exclusive in the UK Fox Kids and there's no trace of the episode online.
