My goal is to catalog all scenes that involve a cartoon character having to pee or peeing. I hope that this will become a resource for those interested in these types of scenes. All I ask when contributing is to please detail the following:

There's this short on Disney Junior called "Nina Needs to Go" and it's ALWAYS like, you know, Nina falls into a pee desperation situation EVERY episode, and at the same rate she makes it in time and then when she's peeing in the toilet (that "peeing in the toilet" sound is replaced with a glistening sound, and also you can only see her legs below the stall), she makes an "aaaahhhhh...." sigh of relief then she flushes the toilet. At the end of the late 70's cheesy German movie called "Cola, Candy, Chocolate", there is this one dude who is forced to get married with a bitchy spoiled girl, instead of the woman he truly loves. In order to save himself, he decides to sabotage his own wedding. So, we see him going into this small drugstore and buying some laxatives which he uses to spike a wine bottle. The next day, everyone is desperate to take a shit during the bridal hayride. The next thing we know, several people are fighting each other over one the one outhouse, obviously dying to take a dump. This scene features both male and female desperation. This is nice since in most American movies, it's usually only the guys who go through this,but in German media the girls get hit just as hard as the guys. I especially love the way that blonde chick in the tight white dress is clutching her ass and jumping up & down. It's also implied that they didn't make it.
The movie is pretty bad. I don't recommend watching it entirely. But definitely watch that one scene. It's worth it (;

To the other guy - that is not the premise for "Cola, Candy, Chocolate". The entire premise is about Gaby (the brunette girl) who gets cheated on by her asshole boyfriend,Karl. In order to forget him, she decides to go on a vacation with her best friend, Carmela. They go to an exotic island on Manilla, where Gaby meets a young doctor scholar named Andreas. She falls in love with him but unfortunately, he is always getting ready to marry Christine, a spoiled rich bitch who is always trying to give Gaby a hard time. Gaby is trying her hardest to make Andreas change his mind before his wedding. Eventually, he realizes that Gaby is the girl he truly loves, not Christine. So he decides to sabotage his own wedding. Firstly, he hires a crazy bunch of black people to startle everyone. Then, he decides to spike a bottle of wine with laxatives. Christine in the girl in the bride dress. Carmela is the one in the tight white chick. The scene takes place at the very end of the movie. And Andreas goes off to kiss and make up with Gaby while everyone else is fighting over the outhouse.
The movie is brilliantly bad. In Germany, it received mainly negative reviews and its considered "the German equivalent for The Room".

She is briefly held back in conversation, before crossing her knees and saying she really needs to go. She then runs behind the car while the camera pans upwards.

In a few episodes of Hey Arnold some characters are shown peeling.
"Arnold Saves Sid." Arnold and Gerald are shown using urinals.
"Arnold Betrays Iggy." After Arnold visits Iggy's apartment to apologize to him, well first Arnold and Iggy are seen sitting next to each other on a bus. Next scene, they're both shown using urinals.
"Fishing Trip." Arnold, Grandpa Phil, Gerald, Sid, Eugene, Harold and their fathers go on a fishing trip. There are like three pee scenes in this episode. After the guys arrive at their destination, Harold runs to a tree to pee. The next day Harold comes from behind a big rock looking like he was peeing after getting hit with an airborne fishing rod accidentally released by Gerald. Then later Sid carrys a roll of toilet paper, making some viewers assume he's going to go Number 2, but then when the screen changes, he looks like he's standing to pee at a bush before getting scared off by what he thinks is a rabid Harold.

In "Phoebe's Crisis," Harold wets himself in front of the P.S.118 student body. Ironically he said earlier he was gonna pee in his pants, and later he actually does! Tough break, Harold!
In the Fairly Odd Parents episode "Turner Back Time" (Season 9,) while all the other Fairly Oddparents episodes completely hide the characters going to the bathroom, this one actually shows male characters, all adults, standing to pee and there are two scenes of such, including a butler going to the bathroom for Timmy. (Throughout the entire Fairly OddParents series, Timmy is never shown going to the bathroom, not even in "Truth or Cosmoquences" so if you want to see Timmy pee you're gonna be very disappointed! There is fanart of Timmy peeing though, check Fairly Odd Fanon Wiki and Pinterest. But you'll never see Timmy canonly peeing!
In Mutant Busters, Season 1 Episode 18 "The Call of Nature," Shooter,that's the character's name, twice has to pee in the episode. He is shown peeing in the first time but not the second.
In Rugrats,the series and in Rugrats Go Wild, Chuckie Finster is shown going potty. In most episodes he's shown sitting down, but in the episode "Potty Train Spike," Chuckie pees behind a tree and does so standing up! Tommy, Phil, and even Lil, despite being female, run to that same tree and look like they're imitating Chuckie. Phil lifts one of his legs like Spike the dog. But I think only Chuckie pees for real. In Rugrats Go Wild, it's possible Chuckie is shown standing to pee there as well and in the bushes in the woods.
Dil, as a baby, pees in "The Rugrats Movie" and in "Rugrats in Paris" but not standing up. In The Rugrats Movie he pees while his diaper is being charged and his pee can be shown! In Rugrats in Paris, Dil wets himself as all babies do, and sounds like he's saying wee-wee, which is mistaken by another character for the French word for "Yes."
Also in "The Rugrats Movie," in the room with newborn babies, the newborns also pee and their pee streams are shot midair, this happens long before Dil does it.
In 2 Stupid Dogs, in the episode "Substitute Teacher," which the two dogs don't appear until right before the episode ends, Principal Schneider is shown using a urinal. In the episode "Toilet Humor," there's a picture of a little boy shown completely from behind standing to pee. Shortly a picture of a little girl is shown sitting on a potty chair. Little Dog tries using those pictures to help his friend Big Dog go to the bathroom.
In The Looney Tunes Show (2011) a man is shown using a urinal at a restaurant in the episode "Double Date," (Season 1 Episode 12) while Bugs Bunny is talking to himself, then to the man doing his business. In the episode "Customer Service," (Season 2, Episode 7, also called Episode 33,) Bugs Bunny has to pee while waiting for someone from the cable company to come to his house. He cannot hold it any longer and runs up to his bathroom, missing the service man, who happens to be his enemy Cecil Turtle, who comes to his door. Bugs is not shown using the bathroom in this or any other episode.
Lola Bunny also says she has to pee in an episode or two, I know in one episode she breaks her leg, ankle, or foot but cannot remember the name of that episode or the other one.
Also in the episode "Substitute Teacher," the accompanying episode to "Seeing Eye Dogs," Principal Schneider is shown using a urinal. I also mentioned it in a comment way down below, I typed it before I saw this. And I wrongly typed "Toilet Humor" when I should have checked that it was "Bathroom Humor." And now I remember seeing the word "Bathroom" in the title card! Oops!

The American Dragon Jake Long episode "Year of the Jake" has Trixie desperate to pee throughout the whole episode due to her not wanting to pee outside during her camping trip with Jake and his dad, at the end she frantically rushes into the house to pee.
Similarly the Total Dramarama episode "Camping is in Tents" features Courtney desperate to pee throughout the whole episode, she's desperate on the bus ride to the camp but Chef refuses to stop and then she does not want to go in the toilet outside due to fear of bigfoot, eventually she tries to go to the bathroom only to find it occupied and then everyone leaves the camp, then when everyone gets to school back Courtney finally hopes to pee but unfortunately the bathroom is closed.

A more recent one is in the new Netflix animated series "Hoops" in episode 9, Shannon mentions she has to pee while on the road with Ben and they have to pull into a gas station, while Shannon is in the bathroom and Ben is chatting with some other guy, their car gets stolen and Ben blames it on Shannon's tiny bladder.

To review what has happened so far, there is reportedly a desperation scene in episode seven of right now kapow (though I am unclear where the original source for that is), however that episode does not seem to be available for free, even on websites that have every other episode. Venom bought the episode and confirmed the scenes existence, but doesn't know how to upload it. We currently don't have a way to watch it without buying it. I just wanna make this clear because the comments on here have been kind of confusing.

To further add to the confusion, I am unable to find any way of viewing this episode, for free or by paying for it. This is probably just a location issue though. All other streaming sites appear to have a duplicate of episode 8 listed as episode 7, but all other episodes seem to be listed correctly. I swear this is almost deliberate; I've had the same issue searching for some other scenes, and the one episode I'm looking for isn't there, but the rest are XD
